At Nuvovis we protect your privacy by collecting no data and you can visit all pages on our website without providing any information. Cookies are small text files a website uses to recognize repeat users, facilitate the user's ongoing access to the site and facilitate the use of the website. We do not use cookies on this website. As our website evolves over time, if our data handling policies change we will update this privacy policy.
Test Drive
To use the Nuvovis Web Portal you need to provide a valid email address so that we can send you temporary passwords and whatnot. Your email address will be sent to our servers using an encrypted SSL connection and stored securely. We will never share your email address with a third party. We will retain your email address for the evaluation period (1 month) as you can only request one trial licence at a time. After that time, if you have not subscribed, your email address will be permanently removed from our database. Using the licensing service from a licensed application sends some information about the environment in which the application is running and this will be encrypted in transit but visible in the test drive environment. You can clear this information from the test drive environment. If you use a Live (floating) License with the documented example application the environment information will be wiped automatically when you exit the application.
Licensing Service Subscription
If you register as a subscriber we will send occasional emails announcing new software versions and any service disruptions such as planned maintenance. We will never share your email address with a third party. We will retain your email address for as long as you are a subscriber. After that time your email address will be permanently removed from our database.
